（中央社記者田裕斌台北5日電）台股好不容易終結連3黑的周線，上周再度收黑。加上希臘公投結果牽動市場氣氛，投信業者表示，資金觀望氣氛相當濃厚，待不確定性因素結束後，資金才有回籠契機。

德盛安聯台灣智慧趨勢基金經理人蕭惠中表示，市場對於希臘債務議題、美國升息及對黑天鵝事件的擔憂，導致全球資金戒慎恐懼，台股量能呈現萎縮，顯示買盤仍偏向觀望，指數持續狹幅區間震盪。

蕭惠中說，接下來可觀察希臘公投若塵埃落定，並有理性的正向結果，資金可望逐步回溫，有利推升台股向上反彈。

日盛上選基金經理人施生元表示，由於時間逐漸接近希臘公投，外資陸續減碼，此波大盤修正先跌破頸線9500點、年線9300點，最低測9170點後，雖然曾隨國際股市強彈收復年線，最高彈至9500點；但由於市場等待希臘公投，擔心擦槍走火，投資人降低持股部位因應。

蕭惠中指出，面對市場不確定性因素的干擾，現階段建議以選股代替選市、成長優於價值的策略。從資金集中化的趨勢即可發現，能見度高與穩定成長的個股較受青睞。

若從價值面來看，台股本益比雖然下修，仍不乏盈餘上調的產業，可由下而上挑選中長期成長性明確、公司治理完善、獲利穩定的優質公司，以長線保護短線的波動，擇優分批布局。

施生元表示，由於產業基本面表現第3季有機會優於第2季，旺季行情可期，在基本面與消息面衝擊下，指數將區間震盪整理。

蕭惠中認為，從科技發展趨勢亦可找到投資布局的重點。在工業4.0時代下，工業電腦是工業4.0與物聯網最佳的整合者，自動化、機器人、伺服器等族群，中長線持續看好；物聯網應用崛起，帶動汽車電子發展。

此外，隨著蘋果產業生態系統(ecosystem)持續擴大，蘋果供應鏈的廠商可望受惠，其中具有創新技術、市占率提升的族群，值得多加留意。
